For clients who choose to finance, the financing provider may apply a financing service fee as part of their lending services.
When applicable, this fee is included in the total financed amount and disclosed during the loan process.
This fee is charged and collected by the financing provider, not by our company.

Does applying for financing commit me to the project?
No. Applying does not obligate you to proceed.

Rates and terms vary based on credit qualification and are provided by the lender during the application process.
Is there a separate financing fee I pay to your company?
No. Any applicable financing service fee is handled within the financing arrangement and is not billed separately by our company.
Can I choose not to finance?
Yes. Financing is optional, and we offer standard payment options as well.
